She specializes in matrimonial law and mediation, focusing on both contested and uncontested divorces, child custody issues, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and other family law matters. Patricia E. Carney Esq., APM * is a founding member of the firm. She is accredited as a professional mediator by the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators and also completed training in Interdisciplinary Collaborative Practice. After a successful career in accounting and finance, with major multinational firms, Ms. Carney completed her law degree at the S.I. Newhouse Center for Law and Justice at Rutgers University. She was a clerk to the Honorable John Garrett Penn, Chief Judge, U.S. District Court, District of Columbia.
